Vladimir was the General Director of the management company of the “Bioprocess Capital Ventures” venture fund between 2007 and 2020. The Fund has invested in projects in biomedicine, pharmaceuticals, in the development of fundamentally new drugs, including in the field of oncology. R&D acivities and clinical trials were conducted in Russia, USA, Australia, Germany.

He is a specialist in strategic and operational management, formation and launch of companies, creation of management teams, operations in the securities market, M&A, structuring of financial transactions, protection from hostile mergers and acquisitions. He was a member of the board of directors of many pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in Russia and the USA.

Currently, he heads the company “Ecreon”, which develops an environmental project for the construction of a network of biogas plants in the Russian Federation. Vladimir Adolfovich Tezov graduated from the I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy in 1993 and received an Executive MBA degree from the State University – Higher School of Economics in 2005. Specialist in ESG (Russian Economy School courses/Skoltech).
